Modify job prompts for a single run or all future runs / AppWorx

Problem

• How do I modify job prompts for an AppWorx job?

Resolution

To modify prompts for all future runs, follow this procedure:

1. Open AppWorx
2. Select either the Jobs Selector or Process Flows
3. Search for the job or process flow that needs updated
4. Select the job or process flow
5. Select Edit
6. Select the Prompts tab
7. Select the desired prompt
8. Select Edit
9. Update the Default Value as desired
10. Select OK
11. Select Apply or OK to save

To modify prompts for a single run, follow this procedure:

• Changing a single run of an AppWorx job without permanently modifying its prompts for all future runs

1. Launch AppWorx
2.  Select Requests 
3. Search and select your job or process flow
4. Select Request
5. Under the Prompts section, update by typing in the box
6. Select Submit
