Procedure: TDX / Process a SPAM ticket

Objective

  • To provide instruction on processing an existing active TDX SPAM ticket 
    • Existing TeamDynamix ticket

User

  • TeamDynamix Users

Environment

  • 10374: TeamDynamix

Resolution

  1. Open the ticket in TeamDynamix
  2. In most cases, the Service will be listed as Junk / Spam
    1. If this isn't the case, press the Edit button
    2. Scroll down to the Service field
    3. Delete the current entry and manually enter Junk / Spam
    4. Save your changes
  3. Click on Actions and select Update from the drop-down menu
  4. Under the New Status drop-down, select Spam
  5. In the comments section, enter Closing as Spam
  6. Click Save
