Resolution
Open the ticket in TeamDynamix
In most cases, the Service will be listed as
Junk / Spam
If this isn't the case, press the
Edit
button
Scroll down to the
Service
field
Delete the current entry and manually enter
Junk / Spam
Save your changes
Click on
Actions
and select
Update
from the drop-down menu
Under the
New Status
drop-down, select
Spam
In the comments section, enter
Closing as Spam
Click
Save
Sign in to leave feedback
