Guidelines

  • uAchieve UI is deployed through the Tomcat Banner machines
    • Use the Tomcat App Map to identify
    • The UI is accessible by staff and students to run degree audit reports
    • Restart the service using Tomcat Cache Clear
      • The war files are called
        • Dashboard
        • Self Service
        • Planner
  • The Degree audits run against an audit engine on mualacvt/p01.mcs.miamioh.edu
    • Use the following to validate the service is active
      • systemctl status uAchieveServer
    • Bounce the service using systemctl restart uAchieveServer
  • View vendor support through CollegeSource and contact and open tickets through the same site
