Canvas / Troubleshoot blank Gradebook in Chrome

Objective

  • To provide troubleshooting guidance when Canvas Gradebook is blank in Chrome

Environment

  • 10185: Canvas

Resolution

  • This occurs when there is an update to either Chrome or Canvas. The issue is generally temporary and can be resolved by one of the following options:
    • Clearing cookies and cache, and closing the browser
    • Shutting down the computer, and then restarting
    • Trying another browser, like Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox
