To provide troubleshooting guidance when Canvas Gradebook is blank in Chrome

Resolution
This occurs when there is an update to either Chrome or Canvas. The issue is generally temporary and can be resolved by one of the following options:
Clearing cookies and cache, and closing the browser
Shutting down the computer, and then restarting
Trying another browser, like Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox
