Problem

• How do I install the Webex Meetings Desktop app on a personal Mac or Windows device?

Resolution 

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Webex download page
2. Select the download option for Webex Meetings
3. Open the downloaded installer
4. Follow the prompts through the installation process
