Objective

  • To provide instructions on installing the Webex Meetings Desktop app on a personal Mac/Windows device

Environment

  • 701048: Webex Meetings Desktop
    • Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop App
  • Personally Owned Device

Resolution 

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Webex Download page
  2. Select the download option for Webex Meetings
  3. Open the downloaded installer
  4. Continue through the installation process
