• How do I access Google Drive?

Resolution

1. Check the Google Status Dashboard for the current performance status of this service
2. If the service is performing normally and you are still unable to access Google Drive, submit a ticket and provide the following information:
   • Error message you receive upon login attempt
   • Your UniqueID
   • Enrollment/employment status with Miami University
