Modify a former employee's account / Miami Email

Problem

• How do I modify a departed employee's email account?
• An employee was terminated, but their email account is still sending out-of-office responses
• An employee left their out-of-office response on in their Miami email account when they left the University 

Resolution

• Miami University IT Services must have approval from Human Resources to modify a person's account outside of our standard operating procedure for employee termination
