Access via personal account / Microsoft OneNote

Problem

• I am unable to create a new file in Microsoft OneNote through my Miami Microsoft 365 account 
• Where do I find a link to the Microsoft OneNote Help Center?

Cause

• OneNote will not work with your Miami Microsoft 365 account
  • OneNote requires OneDrive storage (OneDrive is not provisioned by Miami University)

Resolution

• Log in to OneNote through your personal (not Miami) Microsoft account credentials
  • If you don't have a personal Microsoft account, you can sign up for one and receive OneDrive Basic 5GB for free

• OneDrive is not provisioned by Miami University
