Assistance needed to recover deleted or missing messages / Miami Email

Problem

• I need assistance in recovering old emails that have been deleted or are missing from my account

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to make your request
2. Provide the following information:
   • Your email account
   • The time-frame from which you need to recover email
   • Other pertinent details: subject line, time sent, recipients, etc.

Note

• IT Services will attempt to retrieve your email from backup, if possible, but cannot guarantee that deleted or missing email can be recovered
