Problem

Launch an incognito window or clean browser session
Go to Miami's email site
Log in using the entity account ID you requested as the UniqueID and the entity account's password
- If this is your first time logging in, the primary trustee will have received an email with an account claim code. They can follow the instructions in this article to use a the claim code to set a password on the account
- Or change the password for your entity account at the MUnet Password Utilities page — simply log in with this same UniqueID and password combination
