Problem

• How do I access McGraw Hill Connect through Canvas?

Resolution

• You will receive a registration code (product key) when you purchase your e-book and Connect bundle from the virtual bookstore, or you may purchase Connect independently. McGraw Hill Connect provides the e-book and access to the virtual assignments for the class. Access and logging in through Canvas are dependent upon the code
• Your course syllabus will provide a course link to McGraw Hill Connect site
  • Use the registration code to register through the link provided — this will allow McGraw-Hill Connect and Canvas to sync
     
• Miami University IT Services and Miami Online do not support McGraw Hill Connect
• If you have an issue locating or using your access code, review the Miami bookstore's support page for eBooks and Access
• If you believe that your Miami account is functioning as it should, and you are still experiencing issues, browse the McGraw Hill Connect Support Center or contact McGraw Hill Technical Support
