Problem

  • How do I dial an international call from an office phone or FAX machine?

Resolution

  • To make an international call, dial 8-011-[country code]-[telephone number]
  • If you are unable to complete the call, your phone does not have permission to dial internationally
    • If you want to have your phone enabled for international calling, contact your supervisor
