Access my email account from another country / Miami Email

Problem

  • How do I access my Miami email account when I am travelling in another country?

Cause

  • Network traffic block to Miami email in a number of foreign countries

Resolution

  1. Use Miami's VPN to access your Miami email
  2. Follow these KB instructions on configuring the VPN client on your computer
  3. Once you are connected with Miami's VPN client, you should be able to reach Miami services
