Resolution

Order toner, staples, or waste container for ComDoc printer

1. Complete and submit your order for ComDoc printer supplies
2. Be sure to provide the following information:
   • In the Delivery Location field, enter the building name and room number to which delivery should be made
   • In the ComDoc Asset # field, enter the six-digit number (example, 81xxxx) given on the red and white sticker on the front of your print device
   • Check the appropriate boxes for the toner cartridge colors, staples, or waste toner container needed 

Order paper for ComDoc printer

1. To order paper, contact IT Help directly by calling 513-529-7900 or initiating a live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat
2. Provide the following information:
   • ComDoc asset number
     • The six-digit number (example, 81xxxx) given on the red and white sticker on the front of your print device
   • Location of the printer, including building name and room number
