Problem

• I need to add or remove a user's access to GitLab
• I want to grant a new employee access to GitLab
• I want to request access to GitLab
• I want to remove a user from GitLa

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 or via Live Chat to make your request to grant or remove user access to GitLab
2. Provide the following information:
   • The effective date for granting or removing access
   • The employee's name and UniqueID
   • Groups to which access is requested or should be removed
     • The reason for removing the user
