Problem

  • I need to log in to my Miami email account
  • I want to log in directly to Miami email
  • I cannot log in to myMiami account
  • My email account gives me an inactive account message when I try to log in
  • I need help in accessing my new Miami email account
  • I received the error: Invalid Email — We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later

Resolution

To log in to your Miami email, follow this procedure:

  1. Go to Miami's email page
  2. Log in using your UniqueID and MUnet password

 

To log in to myMiami, follow this procedure:

  1. Go to myMiami and try to log in with your UniqueID and MUnet password
    • Make sure that you are using the correct UniqueID and MUnet password
  2. If you are able to log in to myMiami, click the Miami Email tile under the Featured section to access your Miami email
  3. If you continue to experience this issue, follow these KB instructions to clear your browser cache and data 

Note

  • It can take several hours to fully provision a Google account for a newly created Miami account — be patient and try again
    • In periods of high demand, it may take a few days for a new account to be created
