• How do I troubleshoot access to the McGraw-Hill Connect site?

Resolution

1. Follow our guide to clear cookies, cache, and history from your web browser 
2. Try to connect again
3. If you continue to experience an issue, try again using one of the following web browsers, as recommended by McGraw-Hill:
   • Firefox (latest version and two previous)
   • Windows Edge Browser (latest version)
   • Chrome (latest version and two previous)
   • Safari (Mac) (latest version and two previous)
   • Note: Math, chemistry, and engineering assignments require Chrome 31+, Firefox 25+, or Safari 6+
