Request reactivation / Google Account

Problem

  • How do I re-activate a disabled Google Workspace account? 

Scope

  • When a user is no longer associated with the university, our systems are designed to remove access and delete the account after a defined period of time. Under extenuating circumstances, the university may approve temporary re-activation of the Google Workspace account to allow the user to access messages, data, etc. 

Resolution 

To request account re-activation, follow this procedure:
