Troubleshoot an event that has not been approved / 25Live

Problem

• How do I troubleshoot a 25Live event that has not been approved and posted yet?
• How do I troubleshoot a 25Live event that is stuck in draft state?

Resolution

1. Certain settings will produce a draft state in 25Live. Be sure all required fields in the wizard are complete
2. If you continue to experience this issue, email the Office of the University Registrar at RoomRequest@MiamiOH.edu for assistance with set-up and approval. Include the reference ID of your event in the email
