Resolution
To check your spam folder, follow this procedure:
- Open your Gmail account
- In the search bar at the top, search for the LISTSERV email address
- If you know messages have been sent that are not appearing in your search results, scroll down to the bottom of the left-hand column and select More
- Select Spam
- Check to see if the messages are in your spam folder
To check your LISTSERV subscription, follow this procedure:
- Log in to the LISTSERV management console
- Select Subscriber's Corner from the menu at the top of the page
- Verify that the list name is in the list of lists to which you are subscribed
