Problem

Scope

  • If self-service password recovery is not an option, in-person assistance is required to set a new password

Resolution

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff should follow the standard IT support paths defined by their division to get password assistance. Alternatively, faculty and staff may also visit one of our on-campus locations listed below. 

 

Students, Retirees, Emeriti, and Sponsored Accounts

Users that are not faculty or staff must visit one of our on-campus support centers to receive assistance with password issues. Users may visit any of the following locations:
