Request

• Report an issue with a card reader in a laundry facility
• I am unable to sign in to the CSC Go app with my Miami credentials 
• I am unable to pay for a washer or dryer through the app

Scope

• If a student or staff member is experiencing a problem using the CSC Go mobile app to pay for a washer or dryer in a residence hall laundry room, they can submit a ticket to FBS IT for assistance

Resolution 

• Complete and submit your report of a laundry issue
