What can you tell me about an individual community account username?
Scope
Community accounts are used by unaffiliated individuals to access Miami services in specific cases
Resolution
A community accounts is assigned a unique username. This username must be used when logging in to Miami systems or requesting a password recovery link. The username is based on the first letter of the account holder's first name, up to 12 characters of the account holder's last name and one or more numeric digits
Example: An account holder with the name John Public might have the username "jpublic2"
The username is communicated to the account holder in the account claim email sent when the community account is created
