View job history, older job or process flow runs / AppWorx

Problem

  • How do I view job or process flow history and older runs of jobs in AppWorx?

Resolution 

  1. Open AppWorx
  2. Open the Explorer, if not open
  3. Select Backlog from the left hand menu
  4. Select Filter 
  5. Select History Query
  6. Enter in the job name or process flow as desired
  7. Uncheck Current Day to enter in desired dates
  8. Select OK to apply and view old runs

Notes

  • The filter option under Filter will filter the existing backlog that only contains a few hours of jobs
  • The History Query will search for all runs going back 2-3 months. Output is removed from jobs earlier and in accordance with server log rotations
