Parking Permit Request

The parking permit request should be used by UCM employees when we are hosting non-Miami employees on campus. Upon approval of the request, the individual will be able to park in any of Miami’s red surface lots for the dates noted in your request. A request must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the individual parking on campus. A member of the Operations Team will notify you when the permit has been obtained.

This form should not be used for current Miami employees. Current employees must obtain their own parking permits through Parking Services
