Introduction
This form is the starting point to build a new server. It is assumed that you already have an existing Service Offering, if not, you need to work with a manager to get that created. It is also assumed that this is a starting point where many design questions will be asked of the requester by a SysAdmin or SysAdmin manager about the server that will be created. This is a 1-2 week process where the actual building of the server is at the very end.
