Introduction
Members of the Miami community (faculty, staff, and students) may request the arrangement of a video conference and the reservation of facilities using this form.
Details
Conference requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance, as some locations require preliminary testing and site confirmation. By submitting this request a ticket in your name will be opened and someone will contact you to help arrange the details.
The size of the audience often determines which rooms are suitable for your event, so submit requests as early as possible to reserve spaces.
This H.323 service is not compatible with desktop conferencing applications such as Skype or iChat. The teleconference rooms are fixed installations with cameras and microphones and therefore are not portable.
