Introduction
Faculty, staff, and students may use this form to request the use of a limited number of Zoom webinar licenses for events that are over 300 users. There is no charge to requesting departments for assignment of the licenses. Events may be requested up to one month before the event. Requests are typically fulfilled within 48 hours. Requestor will be notified when the webinar license has been assigned.
This only gives you the ability to host an event in Zoom. IT Services does not typically provide moderation or other assistance while your event is occurring.
