Introduction
Faculty, staff, and students may use this form to request that an existing entity account be outfitted for use with our existing web conferencing tools like Webex or Zoom. By default, entity accounts are not setup schedule and host video conference and this form is the mechanism through which they can be setup to do so. Requests are typically fulfilled within 2 business days.
