The Phone Operators, administrative assistants, or MiTech may receive complaints from clients who felt the service provided by IT Help was unacceptable. IT Services employs a Service Delivery Analyst who investigates all such findings, speaks with the clients, reports findings and identifying actionable improvements that can be made for the future.
