Characteristics of Small-Sized Work items:
- Too big to fit appropriately in a Service Request or Change ticket
- Too small / not critical enough to warrant the full project review process
- Entire thing (research, communication, technical work, testing with the client, deployment, Change ticket, etc.) can be completed in less than one Miami-standard sprint (4 person team for 2 weeks).
- Complete unit of value of its own (not part of something bigger)
- Could be an item of IT Technical Debt
- Well-defined, concisely-described piece of work
