Create or update a response template

Introduction

Response templates provide a quick way to add text to the update action of a ticket with pre-formatted text. It is also possible to do some form-letter style substitutions for things like the Requestor's name:

  • Last Modified Date
  • Request First Name
  • Requestor Last Name
  • Requestor Full Name
  • Technician First Name
  • Technician Nick or First Name
  • Technician Last Name
  • Technician Full Name
  • Technician Full Name with Nick Name
  • Technician Signature
  • Ticket ID

Unfortunately, these response templates must be created and maintain by an administrator.
