Introduction
Response templates provide a quick way to add text to the update action of a ticket with pre-formatted text. It is also possible to do some form-letter style substitutions for things like the Requestor's name:
- Last Modified Date
- Request First Name
- Requestor Last Name
- Requestor Full Name
- Technician First Name
- Technician Nick or First Name
- Technician Last Name
- Technician Full Name
- Technician Full Name with Nick Name
- Technician Signature
- Ticket ID
Unfortunately, these response templates must be created and maintain by an administrator.
