Configuration and authorization manager (CAM) controls access and configuration details for some Miami University applications.

This form is for the following:

• Requesting new authorization or modifying an existing one
• Requesting new applications or modifying an existing one

Authorized requesters include the Solution Delivery Development teams, IT Services, and our partner client offices that control access and configurations to their applications.
