Objective

• How do I change my Duo account settings?

Resolution

1. Follow these KB instructions to access Duo's Self Service Portal
2. To rename or remove your device:
   1. Click the Edit link in the upper-right of the device you want to rename
   2. Select Rename and enter a new name for your device
   3. Click Rename
       

• To change your default device or change your login method, access Other Options when logging in and authenticating

• All current Miami University Students, Faculty, and Staff, plus Alumni, Retirees, and Emeriti are required to enroll in Duo

System
