I need guidance in backing up my Canvas courses the easy way, instead of doing it file by file

This Canvas Guide article shows you how to export all Canvas course content as a package to upload into another learning management system or give to another faculty
Modules with rules and deadlines may not export as expected. Make sure to remove all rules and other dates at the module level.
