Canvas / Assistance needed with blurry videos in Kaltura My Media, Course Gallery

Objective

• To obtain assistance in correcting poor video resolution in My Media and Course Gallery

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to submit a ticket to Miami Online
2. Provide the following information:
   • Name of the video owner
   • Title of the video and the course in which you use it
   • Date the video was originally created/uploaded
   • Device and operating system on which the issue was noted
   • Browser on which the issue was noted
   • Screen resolution of the device on which the issue was noted
   • Is the video embedded in Canvas? If so, is it in a page or the course gallery?
