LISTSERV / Modify list moderator configuration for all moderators to receive email

Objective

• To provide instruction for modifying list moderator configuration for all moderators to receive email when:
  • Messages sent to a moderated LISTSERV have not been going to all of the moderators
  • The LISTSERV has been configured for round-robin moderation

Environment

• 10283: LISTSERV

Resolution

1. Log in to the Miami LISTSERV portal
2. Select List Management
3. Select List Dashboard and then select the list to modify
4. Select List Configuration 
5. Select the Administrators tab
6. Locate the Moderator = area
7. From the drop-down switch the select to All, rather than Round-robin
8. Click Update
