LISTSERV / Modify list moderator configuration for all moderators to receive email

Problem

• How do I modify a list moderator configuration for all moderators to receive email?
• Messages sent to a moderated LISTSERV have not been going to all of the moderators
• My LISTSERV has been configured for round-robin moderation and I need for all moderators to receive email

Resolution

1. Log in to the Miami LISTSERV portal
2. Select List Management
3. Select List Dashboard and then select the list to modify
4. Select List Configuration 
5. Select the Administrators tab
6. Locate the Moderator = area
7. From the drop-down switch the select to All, rather than Round-robin
8. Click Update
