ePromise / Unable to access

Objective

  • To provide instruction on accessing ePromise when ePromise logs you out

Environment

  • 10238: ePromise

Resolution

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Open a new web browser
    • If you were using Chrome, use Firefox instead
  3. Access ePromise 
  4. Log in with your UniqueID and MUnet password
  5. Follow the steps to complete the form
  6. Select Submit
