Problem
- How do I access ePromise when ePromise keeps logging me out?
Resolution
- Restart your computer
- Open a new web browser
- If you were using Chrome, use Firefox instead
- Access ePromise
- Log in with your UniqueID and MUnet password
- Follow the steps to complete the form
- Select Submit
Note
- If you are not prompted to accept your ePromise when visiting the site, contact One Stop during business hours at onestop@miamioh.edu or 513-529-0001
