Problem

  • How do I access ePromise when ePromise keeps logging me out?

Resolution

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Open a new web browser
    • If you were using Chrome, use Firefox instead
  3. Access ePromise 
  4. Log in with your UniqueID and MUnet password
  5. Follow the steps to complete the form
  6. Select Submit

  • If you are not prompted to accept your ePromise when visiting the site, contact One Stop during business hours at onestop@miamioh.edu or 513-529-0001
