Objective

  • To provide instruction on logging in to your account when:
    • You have been locked out for multiple failed login attempts

Environment

  • 1388733: RapidIdentity
  • 908729: MU IAM Portal
  • UniqueID
  • MUnet Password

Resolution

  • Wait 10 minutes and try to log in to your account again
    • Be sure to use your UniqueID and your MUnet password
  • Or use your recovery option to change your password and immediately unlock your account
