On your desk phone, press the
Messages
key to access the voicemail system
Enter your password/PIN to log in
Press

At the tone, record your name
Modify available settings
On your desk phone, press the
Messages
key to access the voicemail system
Enter your password/PIN to log in
Press

Listen to your current greeting or press
#
(pound key) to skip to the end
To re-record your greeting, press

To end the recording, press

To record a different greeting, press

Choose the greeting — standard, closed, alternate, or holiday — and then re-record it
Change your password/PIN

Six consecutive invalid password/PIN entries will lock the system for 10 minutes
