Objective
To provide troubleshooting guidance or assistance in accessing Software Center when:
You just upgraded to the latest version of Windows using Software Center, but Software Center is gone now
Environment
10293: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Software Center
Software for University-owned Computers
Microsoft Windows
Resolution
In the search window, enter
cmd.exe
At the command prompt, enter
gpupdate/force
and press
Enter
Restart your computer
If Software Center isn't available after restarting your computer, contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at

to report the issue
