Assistance needed to replace a faulty network cable / Cabling

Problem

  • I need to replace a bad network cable

Resolution

  1. Contact your local desktop support for verification that your network cable is not working correctly
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Location of cable, including building, room number
    • Jack ID
    • Type of problem
