Courtesy Account / Error occurs when accessing renewed account

Objective

  • Resolve error message received on renewed courtesy account: The user ID is no longer active

Environment

  • 10218: Courtesy Account
  • 16464: OpenLDAP

Cause

  • OpenLDAP did not immediately update to reflect that your courtesy account has been extended

Resolution

  • Contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 to report the issue
