Navigate / Request support for the SSC Campus EAB website

Objective

  • To provide direction for requesting assistance with Navigate (Campus EAB site Student Success Collaborative) when:
    • You are attempting to update a student advising record and have received a spinning wheel
    • You can connect to Navigate, but don't know how to use it
    • You received a technical error after authenticating at miamioh.campus.eab.com

Resolution

  • Miami IT Services does not provide support for Navigate (Campus EAB site Student Success Collaborative), which is a third-party application used by Student Success Center
  • For all Navigate (Student Success Collaborative site) support questions, contact the Student Success Center by email at eabhelp@miamioh.edu or by phone at at 513-529-3787 during business hours
  • If you are able to authenticate but the application returns an error citing technical issues, complete the form on Navigate's contact page to request technical assistance
  • If you can log in to Navigate, but the system says that you do not have access, email eabhelp@miamioh.edu to request that your Navigate account be reactivated. Make sure to provide your UniqueID and/or Banner ID in your email
