Objective

  • To obtain assistance in changing an IP address for the bulk email server

  • 12631: Bulk Email (SendMail)

Resolution

  1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to make your request
  2. Provide the following information:
    • UniqueID of bulk email user
    • New IP address
