BDM / Upload and index files to the correct location


  • To provide instruction on resolving BDM files uploaded or indexed to the wrong location or person


  • 196716: Banner Document Management (BDM)
    • Banner Imaging


  1. Open BDM 
  2. Use the ribbon at the top to export all the files
  3. Save on your computer
  4. In Banner Imaging, navigate to the correct location
  5. Upload the files
  6. Return to the old location
  7. Delete the old files



  • If you do not have permission to delete files in BDM, contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at to request assistance. Provide the following information:
    • Application name
    • File name
    • User name or file location
