Index BDM files to the correct location


  • BDM files indexed to wrong location
  • Uploaded files indexed to the wrong person
  • Uploaded files indexed to the wrong location


  • 196716: Banner Document Management (BDM)
    • Banner Imaging


  1. Open BDM 
  2. Use the ribbon at the top to export all the files
  3. Save on your computer
  4. In Banner Imaging, navigate to the correct location
  5. Upload the files
  6. Return to the old location
  7. Delete the old files



  1. If you do not have permission to delete files in BDM, contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 to request assistance
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Application name
    • File name
    • User name or file location
